Liquid-Cultures Shipping Policy

We’re committed to your satisfaction with every Liquid Cultures product. If your order is ever compromised, we’ll replace it – no worries! Our rigorous testing ensures minimal duds, but in the rare event of an issue, we’ve got you covered.

  • State Restrictions: Due to specific state regulations, we cannot fulfill orders for psilocybin mushroom spores to California, Georgia, or Idaho. We will decline any orders that request shipment of these items to these states.

  • Shipping Information: Flexible and discreet shipping delivers to virtually any address within the United States, although some restrictions may apply to certain products and states.
  • Order Processing: We ship orders Monday – Thursday between the hours of 10:00 am – 4:00 pm MST.
  • Prompt Fulfillment: Expect your order to be fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 days.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the no returns or refunds policy will apply.
  • Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our customer service immediately. We will work with you to address the issue in a manner that is fair and satisfactory.
  • No Returns or Refunds: Once an order has been received by the customer, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
  • Exceptions: All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Liquid-cultures.com. In rare instances where an exception might be considered, it will be on a case-by-case basis. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team with any concerns.

Liquid cultures are legal in every state besides (CA,GA,ID)

On average mushrooms take and average of 2-3 months to fully grow their first flush 

Outside of a refrigerator liquid culture can be safe to use for up to three months.
